Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Feral Signal Limited, the company that operates GeneratePorn.ai. Please read them — by creating an account or using the service you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.Who we are
GeneratePorn.ai (the "service") is operated by Feral Signal Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 814597, with its registered office at 20 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 H364, Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the individual using the service.
2.Eligibility — adults only
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to access sexually explicit material where you live. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The service generates explicit adult content and is not intended for, or directed at, anyone under 18. We may require additional age assurance and may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
3.The service
GeneratePorn.ai provides tools to generate and edit fictional-adult images using an AI generation system, with optional post-result image upscaling. Image-to-video is available with a membership. The service also provides an optional, moderated Prompt Library, a Community Wiki, and a non-live Support Centre. Features, capabilities, and prices change over time and may be added, removed, or modified without notice. Outputs are produced by machine-learning systems; we do not guarantee that any particular prompt will succeed, that outputs will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4.Your account
You need an account to generate content and use account-only community features. Public Prompt Library entries and published Wiki articles may be read without an account after the applicable adults-only gate. Authentication is handled by our secure account system; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or access. Tell us promptly at support@generateporn.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
5.Credits & pricing
The in-app currency is Credits. Each Credit is valued at approximately US$0.01. Current launch image prices are Studio 10 Credits, Realism 16, Anime 8, Quick Edit 14 (temporarily unavailable), and Precision Edit 18. Optional image upscaling is offered only after an original generation completes: 2× Upscale adds 4 Credits and 4× Upscale adds 8. Video pricing is Motion 60 Credits for 5 seconds or 90 for 8 seconds, and Motion + Sound 100 Credits for 5 seconds, 180 for 10, or 260 for 15; planned video 2× Upscale adds 4 Credits per second and 4× Upscale adds 6 Credits per second. Motion and Motion + Sound video are available with a membership; video upscaling is currently unavailable and cannot spend customer Credits. Exact available costs are shown in the app before you spend.
- Top-up Credits do not expire.
- Credits included with a membership are granted monthly during an active paid term. Unused membership Credits may expire at the next monthly allowance date or when the paid term ends, as stated for that plan.
- Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Prices and Credit costs may change; changes are not retroactive to Credits you already hold.
6.Memberships & billing
We offer memberships (currently Starter and MAX) for a selected fixed term of one month or one year, plus pay-as-you-go Credits. Plan inclusions are described at checkout and on our pricing page.
The term and price are always shown at checkout before you pay. Credit packs paid by card or supported cryptocurrency, and memberships paid by card or supported cryptocurrency, are one-time charges. A membership covers only the selected one-month or one-year paid term and does not renew automatically. Completing checkout authorises only the single charge shown. Access ends when the paid term ends unless you purchase another term.
Because memberships do not renew automatically, no future recurring charge needs cancellation. Access continues through the paid term and then ends automatically. Purchasing another term requires a new checkout and payment. This does not limit any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights. 7.Payments
Purchases are priced in US dollars. We accept card payments for Credit packs and memberships. We also accept supported cryptocurrency payments for Credit packs (including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and others). Credit packs paid by either supported method, and memberships paid by card, are one-time charges and do not renew automatically. Payment processors handle your payment data under their own terms; we do not receive or store full card numbers, security codes or wallet credentials. A discreet billing descriptor is shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Cryptocurrency transactions are settled on public networks and may be irreversible once confirmed.
8.Refunds
Digital goods and consumed generations are generally non-refundable, with important exceptions for technical failures and unused purchases. The full, binding terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.Acceptable use
Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It contains absolute prohibitions — including any content involving minors, non-consent, or real identifiable people or their likenesses. GeneratePorn.ai is for fictional adults only. Breaching those prohibitions is a fundamental breach of this agreement and may be reported to the authorities.
10.Your content, publication & licence
The service generates content from your text prompts and AI-generated media created within the platform — it is not a tool for bringing or processing photographs of real people. As between you and us, you own the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, to the extent such outputs are capable of ownership under applicable law. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and store your prompts and outputs solely to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI systems. You are solely responsible for your prompts and outputs and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents.
Your generation library is private by default. If you explicitly submit an eligible GeneratePorn.ai generation to the Prompt Library, you instruct us to review it for publication and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, create a thumbnail of, display, distribute, and make available the submitted output together with its exact prompt snapshot, compatible settings, title, description, tags, model details, and the creator attribution you choose. This licence is limited to operating, moderating, and promoting that Prompt Library entry and lasts while the entry is published, plus the time reasonably needed to remove caches, keep secure backups, maintain moderation records, or comply with law.
Only the account owner may submit a completed, undeleted generation that passed our safety checks. Every submission starts pending. We may approve, reject, unpublish, or restrict an entry, and may edit its title, description, or tags, but we will not rewrite the original prompt snapshot. You may unpublish your own entry. Deleting the originating generation also removes the entry from public view, subject to the limited retention above.
If you submit text or edits to the Community Wiki, you grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence needed to host, review, edit, publish, and maintain that contribution and its revision history. Do not include private information in a Prompt Library title, description, tag, creator name, or Wiki contribution. In a support request, provide only the account email, internal user ID, generation ID, transaction ID, relevant image attachments, and other details reasonably needed to investigate your issue. You must have the right to provide any attachment, and you must never include passwords, authentication tokens, one-time codes, wallet credentials, or full card details. Community contributions remain subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and staff moderation.
11.Our intellectual property
The service, its software, branding, the Credits icon, and the GeneratePorn.ai name are owned by Feral Signal Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service as intended.
12.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, publishing privileges, or Wiki contribution rights immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law or a payment partner, or to protect the service or others. Serious violations result in termination without refund and forfeiture of remaining Credits. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
13.Disclaimers
The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable; you use them at your own risk and are responsible for how you use them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feral Signal Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your inputs, prompts, outputs, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or another party's right.
16.Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
