Removal of Non-Consensual Intimate Visual Depictions
This procedure explains how a person may request removal of an intimate visual depiction made available without the consent of the depicted individual through GeneratePorn. GeneratePorn is operated by LUST INNOVATION LTD.
A request may be submitted by the depicted individual, a parent or legal guardian of a depicted minor, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the depicted individual.
1.Priority Handling
Reports concerning non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation or minors are treated as high-priority safety matters.
For a valid and sufficiently identifiable request, we aim to review the request promptly and, where removal is warranted, disable or remove the identified depiction and known copies under our control within 48 hours where reasonably practicable.

3.Information to Include
Please include:
- your full legal name;
- an email address where we can contact you;
- your country of residence;
- the capacity in which you are submitting the request;
- information sufficient to identify the depiction, such as a URL, screenshot, generation identifier or date;
- a good-faith statement that the depiction was made available without the consent of the depicted individual;
- a statement that you are the depicted individual or are authorized to act on their behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
If you are relying specifically on rights under the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act, include any additional declarations required by that law, including any applicable declaration made under penalty of perjury.
Do not send child sexual abuse material itself. Provide only identifiers or information necessary for us to locate and act on the material safely.
4.Identity Information
A government-issued ID is not automatically required. We may request proportionate verification where necessary to prevent fraudulent or abusive removal requests.
If identity evidence or screenshots are provided, access will be restricted to personnel who need them for handling the request and they will not be used to train generative models.
5.How We Use Request Information
Information provided in connection with a removal request is used for review, verification, communication, safety enforcement, legal compliance and necessary record keeping.
We will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.
6.Legal Scope
The Operator is established under an Irish jurisdictional framework. This removal procedure is intended to support applicable Irish and EU law and, where relevant to a request or user, requirements of other jurisdictions including the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act, 47 U.S.C. § 223(h).
