Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to GeneratePorn and to the products, services, tools, features, websites, applications and technologies made available through the GeneratePorn platform (collectively, the “Services”). GeneratePorn is operated by LUST INNOVATION LTD (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The purpose of this Policy is to protect users, the Operator, third parties and the wider online community from illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive or technically harmful activity. Use of the Services is conditional on compliance with this Policy and our other applicable terms.
1.User Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and for prompts, instructions, content, data and other material you submit to or create through the Services.
You must take reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access. Activity carried out through your account may be treated as activity carried out by you unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
2.Adult-Only Use
The Services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
You must not use the Services to create, request, possess, distribute, promote or facilitate sexual or exploitative content involving minors, persons presented as minors, or ambiguous-age subjects where age cannot reasonably be established as adult.
Attempts to evade age-related safeguards, moderation systems or other safety controls may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
3.Non-Consensual and Real-Person Abuse
You must not use the Services to create, distribute or facilitate intimate or sexual content that depicts or is intended to represent a real identifiable person without that person’s explicit consent.
You must not use the Services for sexual blackmail, extortion, harassment, stalking, threats, humiliation, impersonation, revenge pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery or other forms of image-based abuse.
4.Illegal or Rights-Infringing Content
The Services must not be used to create, transmit, publish, promote or distribute material that:
- violates applicable law or regulation;
- infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights;
- constitutes fraud, deception, unlawful threats or harassment;
- promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism or serious criminal activity;
- depicts or facilitates sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion or non-consensual sexual conduct; or
- otherwise exposes the Operator or third parties to unlawful conduct or liability.
You are responsible for obtaining any permission, licence or other legal right required for material you submit to or use with the Services.
5.Spam and Unauthorized Messaging
The Services must not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, commercial spam or other communications sent without legally required consent.
You must not use harvested, purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists in connection with the Services, nor use the Services to facilitate deceptive or abusive marketing activity.
6.Security and Technical Abuse
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, API, model, infrastructure or electronic resource;
- probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- introduce malware, malicious code, denial-of-service traffic or other harmful technical payloads;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, infrastructure or other users;
- reverse engineer, bypass, defeat or materially interfere with technical, moderation, access-control, billing or safety systems except where applicable law expressly permits such activity; or
- use automated methods in a manner that materially degrades the Services or circumvents published limits.
7.Fraudulent or Abusive Commercial Activity
You must not use the Services to obtain products or services without intending to pay for them, to abuse payment systems, to conduct chargeback fraud, to launder funds, to conceal proceeds of crime or to facilitate other fraudulent financial activity.
The Services may not be used by persons or entities involved in terrorism, narcotics trafficking, unlawful arms trafficking, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or other activity prohibited by applicable sanctions or criminal law.
8.Unauthorized Use of GeneratePorn Property
You must not impersonate GeneratePorn or LUST INNOVATION LTD, falsely claim an endorsement, partnership or business relationship with us, or falsely claim ownership of GeneratePorn branding, intellectual property, systems or Services.
9.Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove or block content, refuse a transaction, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate protective action.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination. Where required or permitted by law, we may report suspected unlawful activity to payment providers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or other competent bodies.
10.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, safety controls or operational practices. The revised version becomes effective when published unless a later effective date is stated.
