What to include
Exact location
Send the Prompt Library entry URL, public content ID, generation reference, screenshot reference or any other identifier that lets the safety team find the material quickly. Do not send unrelated personal files or extra sensitive details.
Clear reason
Tell us whether the report is about likeness misuse, suspected underage content, non-consent, harassment, copyright, impersonation, account abuse, billing confusion tied to a takedown, or another policy issue.
Contact route
Use an email address where we can ask follow-up questions. Anonymous reports are accepted, but some removal requests need a reply address so we can confirm authority or clarify the exact item.
How we review reports
Immediate triage
Reports involving suspected minors, coercion, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate imagery are escalated first. Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and notify the appropriate reporting channel or authority.
Human review
A trained reviewer checks the reported material against the Content Policy, the Content Removal process, and the available account or generation context. Automated checks may support the review, but they do not replace the human decision.
Action and prevention
When a report is valid, we unpublish or restrict the entry, preserve the moderation record, block repeat generation where feasible, and take account action when the service was misused. Invalid reports are still logged so repeated patterns can be spotted.

High-risk reports
Suspected illegal content, minors, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible personal harm are prioritised for urgent review. We act as quickly as the facts allow.
Likeness and removal
Requests from a person who believes they are depicted without consent are handled through the Content Removal process, with faster handling when the request concerns intimate or sexual material.
Other policy issues
General policy, copyright and safety reports are reviewed in the order received. If a report needs more information, we reply to the contact address you provided.
Privacy while reporting
Only include information needed to identify the content and explain the issue. We use report details to investigate, remove harmful material, prevent repeat abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with the reporter. Reports are not published on the site. If the reported item involves you or someone you represent, say that clearly and include the minimum evidence needed to show authority.
